1. Filing a Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to legal@vin-g.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our platform
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@vin-g.com.
3. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Vin-G will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
